1. Terms of Service
These terms govern the purchase of services and digital products from Sudish Kumar ("I", "me"), an individual professional based in Hyderabad, India, through the website sudish.dev. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1.1 What you are buying
Each service is described on the Services page with its price, scope, and delivery timeline. The description at the time of purchase is the agreed scope. Anything not listed there is out of scope unless we agree to it in writing (email or WhatsApp counts).
1.2 Pricing and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Fixed-price services show the total you pay; "from" prices for business projects are indicative and confirmed in a written quote before any payment.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. I do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your order is confirmed only when Razorpay reports the payment as captured. You receive an email confirmation with a payment ID; keep it for any support request.
- For quoted business projects, a 50% advance is typically payable to start and the balance on delivery, unless the quote says otherwise.
1.3 Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact details and, for services that depend on your input (resume drafts, job links, project requirements, access to accounts you own), to provide that input promptly. Timelines start when I have what I need from you.
1.4 Intellectual property
- Deliverables created specifically for you (your rewritten resume, your website, your app configuration) are yours once paid for in full.
- Digital products (templates, cheat sheets) are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them.
- Reusable components, templates and know-how I bring to a project remain mine and may be reused for other clients.
1.5 No guarantee of outcomes
Career services (resume rewrites, mock interviews, roadmap calls, mentorship) improve your preparation and presentation. They do not and cannot guarantee interviews, offers, grades or admissions. Business deliverables are provided with reasonable skill and care; specific commercial results are not guaranteed.
1.6 Independence
Services are provided by me in a personal, independent capacity. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or provided on behalf of my employer or any company mentioned on this site.
1.7 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
1.8 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them by email first.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 What I collect

Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy; they never reach my systems.
2.2 Analytics
The site may use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. No advertising trackers are used.
2.3 Where data lives
Order and message records are stored on Netlify's infrastructure (the platform that hosts this site). Emails are sent via Brevo. Payment records are held by Razorpay. Files you send me for a project are kept in my personal, access-controlled storage.
2.4 Sharing
I do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the processors named above as needed to deliver the service, or if required by law.
2.5 Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Project files and resume drafts are deleted within 90 days of delivery unless you ask me to keep them for follow-up work. Contact messages are deleted once handled.
2.6 Your rights
Email sudishnit@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to ask what I hold about you. I respond within 7 days.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 Live sessions (mock interviews, roadmap calls, mentorship calls, cohort classes)
- Cancel 24+ hours before the scheduled slot: full refund, or reschedule free of charge.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: one free reschedule; no refund.
- No-show: no refund. If I miss a session, you get a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
- Cohort seats: full refund up to 48 hours before the first class; 50% refund before the second class; no refund after that.
3.2 Async deliverables (resume & LinkedIn rewrite, portfolio website)
- Full refund if you cancel before I have started work on your materials.
- Once work has started, fees are non-refundable, but you get the revision round included in the service, and I will work with you until the deliverable matches the published scope.
- If I fail to deliver within the published timeline (counted from when I receive your inputs) and cannot agree a new date with you, you get a full refund.
3.3 Digital products (templates, cheat sheets)
Because they are delivered instantly, digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been used. If a file is corrupt or not as described, email me within 7 days and I will fix it or refund you.
3.4 Quoted business projects
Advance payments are refundable, less work already completed at the quoted rate, if you cancel before the first delivery milestone. After a milestone is accepted, payments for that milestone are non-refundable. Details are set out in each written quote.
3.5 Duplicate, failed or wrongly charged payments
Always refunded in full. Email your payment ID and I will initiate the refund within 2 business days.
3.6 How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically appear in 5–7 business days (banks may take up to 10). You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
3.7 How to request

4. Delivery
All services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically.
- Instant: digital products, via a download link on the confirmation screen and in your email (valid 7 days; ask for a fresh link any time).
- Scheduled: live sessions, at the time you book through the link in your confirmation email, on Google Meet.
- Timelines: async work is delivered within the timeline stated on the service card, counted from when I receive your inputs. Business projects follow the milestones in the written quote.
